Our carob mini bars taste a lot like chocolate, without the caffeine. Each 1 oz bar has a crunchy center of nuts, seeds and puffed grains with organic plant protein, sweetened with soluble tapioca fiber and allulose. Kosher certified and handcrafted in New York City.

Nutrition per bar (30 g): 70 calories, 2 g protein, 2 g fiber, 3 g carbs, 6 g fat, under 1 g sugar.
