A carob bar for anyone who wants a rich, naturally sweet flavor without caffeine. Each bar has a satisfying crunch. It's made with organic plant-based protein, raw organic sunflower seeds and organic puffed quinoa, millet, sorghum and buckwheat. It is USDA Organic certified, vegan and sweetened with soluble tapioca fiber. The bars are handcrafted daily from organic, non-GMO ingredients that are 95% raw. It's also kosher.

Nutrition per bar (60 g): 250 calories, 7 g protein, 8 g fiber, 4 g sugars (0 g added sugars), 18 g fat.
