I’m Kasia Bosne, a fashion industry expert who spent 25 years curating style, setting trends, and bringing glamour to life. But my true passion was waiting in the most unexpected place—inside the rich, velvety depths of cacao.

I traded the world of high fashion for the art of chocolate-making, not just to create something delicious but to craft an experience—one that is pure, indulgent, and deeply meaningful. My journey led me to a small village in Biarritz, France, where food, pastry, and chocolate are as nature intended—crafted with care, tradition, and the finest ingredients. It was there that I had the privilege of learning the craft from a French chocolate chef, whose mastery and devotion to pure chocolate artistry became the foundation of what RawmanticChocolate stands for today.
