From dressing celebrities in couture to handcrafting the most exquisite chocolate, my journey has been anything but ordinary.
I'm Kasia Bosne, founder of Rawmantic® Chocolate. For over 25 years, I built my career in the fashion industry—curating style, setting trends, and bringing glamour to life. But beneath the world of runways and luxury, a deeper passion was quietly calling me in the most unexpected place: the art and alchemy of chocolate.
My transformation began with a profound interest in wellness and nutrition. I studied nutrition at the Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, where I deepened my understanding of how food can nourish, heal, and elevate the human experience. That education reshaped my relationship with ingredients, intention, and the way indulgence should feel—pure, conscious, and meaningful.
I ultimately traded high fashion for the art of chocolate-making, not just to create something delicious, but to craft an experience. One rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and joy.
That journey led me to a small village near Biarritz, France, where food, pastry, and chocolate are still made as nature intended—slowly, thoughtfully, and with reverence for tradition. There, I had the privilege of learning from a French chocolate master whose devotion to pure ingredients and artisanal methods became the foundation of what Rawmantic® Chocolate represents today.
