From dressing celebrities in couture to handcrafting the most exquisite chocolate, my journey has been anything but ordinary.

I’m Kasia Bosne, founder of Rawmantic®Chocolate. For over 25 years, I built my career in the fashion industry—curating style, setting trends, and bringing glamour to life. But beneath the world of runways and luxury, a deeper passion was quietly calling me in the most unexpected place: the art and alchemy of chocolate.

My transformation began with a profound interest in wellness and nutrition. I studied nutrition at the Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, where I deepened my understanding of how food can nourish, heal, and elevate the human experience. That education reshaped my relationship with ingredients, intention, and the way indulgence should feel—pure, conscious, and meaningful.

I ultimately traded high fashion for the art of chocolate-making, not just to create something delicious, but to craft an experience. One rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and joy.

That journey led me to a small village near Biarritz, France, where food, pastry, and chocolate are still made as nature intended—slowly, thoughtfully, and with reverence for tradition. There, I had the privilege of learning from a French chocolate master whose devotion to pure ingredients and artisanal methods became the foundation of what Rawmantic®Chocolate represents today.

I believe you can indulge fully without sacrificing your values—and that pleasure and wellness can coexist beautifully. Everything we create is handcrafted, small-batch, and artisanal, using the finest USDA Organic certified, plant-based ingredients. Our chocolates are free from gluten, dairy, and soy, NON GMO, wrapped in transparent packaging, and made with care, intention, and soul.

For me, chocolate is more than a treat. It’s a connection. A story. A moment of bliss that brings people together.

One of the most cherished symbols of this journey is an old golden key, gifted to me by the French chocolate master who taught me the craft. It reminds me that every piece of chocolate we create unlocks something special—whether it’s a memory, a feeling, or a deeper appreciation for true craftsmanship.

Rawmantic®Chocolate is a proudly woman-owned small business, located in the heart of Sutton Place, Manhattan. Opening our New York City store on Valentine’s Day felt symbolic—love, intention, and chocolate coming together at the perfect moment.
