A shell of 75% raw organic dark chocolate holds a creamy layer of organic pistachio cream and tahini, packed with crispy kataifi (shredded knafeh pastry) and crushed pistachios. Every bar is made by hand in small batches in New York City, with no dairy, eggs or refined sugar.

  1. 75% raw dark chocolate Organic, dairy-free dark chocolate made with raw cacao butter. Rich and not too sweet.
  2. Pistachio cream Smooth organic pistachio cream with organic tahini for the creamy center.
  3. Crispy kataifi Shredded knafeh pastry that gives Dubai chocolate its famous crunch.
  4. Crushed pistachios Organic pistachios folded through the filling for a nutty finish.
